MyHolidayPartner does not sell or rent member's details to any third party for commercial purposes. All details supplied to MyHolidayPartner remains confidential except under the following circumstances:-

• Member's details as provided to us and concerning their proposed holiday are displayed on the website for other members to view, with the exception of any form of contact information. MyHolidayPartner does not ask for your postal address or any form of telephone number, whether landline or mobile, and therefore does not hold this information. We will not disclose your real name or e-mail address to any other member at any time. If you wish to make contact with other members using your own e-mail address or any other method outside our messaging system it is your responsibility to provide whatever contact details you see fit to the member or members in question.
• We may, under certain circumstances, be obliged by law to divulge information about a member or members. If asked to do so by order of a court of law or similar legal body we will have no alternative but to comply with the request.

When paying by credit or debit card no information held by us is passed to the payment provider. Similarly any details collected by the payment provider is not shared with MyHolidayPartner.
